1953: one of the later episodes, when Chip and Dale have their mature forms and voices.The artful introductory sequence where the chipmunks are, as usual, gathering nuts, is enough alone to show that this was the golden age of Chip and Dale. Shapes and animations are to their finest ever, voices are clear and distinct, and the scenarios just keep getting better.High quality version, of course. ;)
